Return Policy

Products from Security Lock are meant to make you feel safe and secure. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Security Lock, just contact us within 30 days to request a Refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we will give you a refund back to original form of payment.

While we hope that it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as easy as possible.

In addition to the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee, Security Lock products are covered by a Limited Two Year Warranty, from the date the Product was shipped from Security Lock.

If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase from Security Lock for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested via email from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, email us at:  orders@securitylockexpress.com . Without an RMA we will not accept any returns
  2. Once a Product has been submitted to Security Lock for RMA request, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
  3. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging, unless defective or damaged in shipping.
  4. All accessories and materials originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
  5. Returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee plus the costs of any shipping involved.

Security Lock uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. Your information is safeguarded through encryption.

Pricing

We make every effort to provide valid pricing and product information. Occasionally, errors occur (we’re only human) and in this case, we reserve the right to correct errors. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. All of our pricing is listed in US Dollars.

In compliance with Maryland law, Security Lock collects sales tax only from Maryland residents. The current tax rate is 6%.

For resellers, and tax-exempt entities who wish not to be charged Maryland sales tax please email a copy of your Resale or Exemption Certificate to support@securitylockexpress.com – make a note in your on-line order that you will be faxing us the resale or exemption certificate. We must have the resale or exemption certificate prior to completing your sale, otherwise, the tax is non-refundable.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship online orders promptly. Most orders will ship the same day*, or following business day. The lead time for Special orders vary – please inquire. Various items may have a standard 1-2 day lead time before shipping. For UPS Ground delivery time information please see map below. APO/FPO shipments are usually delivered to the post office on the following business day, so add 1 business day to ship time. All lead times are quoted based on business shipping days, weekends and Federal holidays are not counted.

Shipping and handling for UPS deliveries may be calculated prior to place your order simply by adding an item to your shopping cart, adjust quantities (if necessary), then click checkout and fill out all required forms. Our policy is not to add to the cost of shipping! We simply charge you, what the shipping company charges us.

Security Lock cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any consequences arising from the shipping issues as package loss, delayed delivery, or such.

Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

* Shipping days are Monday-Friday. Orders received after 12:00 pm eastern time may be shipped the following business day.
